Welcome to SI Bow Co., also known as Southern Illinois Bow Company. By visiting our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.


Products and Custom Orders

SI Bow Co. sells hair bows, customized bows, accessories, and related products. Because many of our items may be handmade, customized, or made in small batches, slight differences in color, size, pattern placement, ribbon style, or overall appearance may occur.

We do our best to provide accurate product photos, descriptions, and details. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, or display settings.

For custom orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including colors, names, wording, themes, sizing, and any special requests. Once work has started on a custom item, changes may not always be possible.


Order Processing

Processing times may vary depending on the item, order size, customization, supply availability, and current order volume. Estimated processing or shipping times are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

SI Bow Co. will make reasonable efforts to complete and ship orders in a timely manner. However, delays may happen due to supply issues, shipping carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing begins unless otherwise agreed upon by SI Bow Co. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment is not received, payment fails, or we suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse of our website or services.

Prices are subject to change at any time. Once an order is placed and accepted, the price at the time of purchase will apply to that order.


Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. SI Bow Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times and delays are outside of our control. SI Bow Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. However, customers may contact us, and we will review the situation to see what options may be available.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable unless SI Bow Co. determines otherwise.


Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Refunds and returns are typically not available due to the nature of our products, especially custom, handmade, personalized, or made-to-order items.

However, SI Bow Co. understands that every situation is different. If there is an issue with your order, you may contact us and explain the situation. SI Bow Co. staff will review each request individually and assess it on a case-by-case basis.

Approval of a refund, return, exchange, replacement, or store credit is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of SI Bow Co.

Refunds or replacements may be considered in situations such as:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived with a clear defect caused before shipping
  • There was an error made by SI Bow Co.
  • Another issue that SI Bow Co. determines should be reviewed

Refunds or replacements are generally not available for:

  • Change of mind
  • Customer ordering the wrong item, color, size, or style
  • Custom orders made according to the details provided by the customer
  • Normal variations in handmade products
  • Damage caused by misuse, rough handling, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
  • Items damaged after delivery

Customers must contact SI Bow Co. within 3 days of receiving the order if there is a problem. Photos may be required to review the issue.


Custom and Personalized Items

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for the customer and are generally final sale. This includes items with names, initials, custom colors, custom themes, special designs, or other requested changes.

Please carefully review all custom order details before submitting your order. SI Bow Co. is not responsible for mistakes in information provided by the customer, including spelling errors, wrong colors, wrong names, or incorrect design requests.


Product Safety

Some products may contain small parts, clips, embellishments, or materials that could present a choking hazard for young children. Customers are responsible for supervising children while using SI Bow Co. products.

SI Bow Co. products should not be used during sleep, left with unattended children, or placed in a child’s mouth. By purchasing from SI Bow Co., you understand and accept responsibility for safe use of the products.


Cancellations

Order cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations are not guaranteed, especially if the order has already been started, customized, packaged, or shipped.

SI Bow Co. reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, or inability to complete the order as requested.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use the website in a way that could damage, disable, interfere with, or misuse the site or its services.

All content on this website, including photos, logos, text, product designs, graphics, and branding, belongs to SI Bow Co. unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our content without permission.


Promotions and Discounts

Any sales, discounts, promotions, or coupon codes are subject to change or end at any time. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively unless SI Bow Co. chooses to do so.

Promotions may have additional terms, limits, or expiration dates.

By purchasing from SI Bow Co., you agree that our maximum responsibility for any issue will not exceed the amount paid for the item involved in the claim.
